The heroine

It was 20th july I was walking in the new park of Rio Cuarto. With my sister Rebeca and my nieces Lara y Pia. I was taking Lara by the hand, and carrying Pia in my arms. It was a very cold afternoon. Everything was covered with snow. There were many people in the park. At that moment there was a show of a pop latino band. Besides, there were people in the children´s game. Others were walking their pet. Suddenly, a teen attacked a woman. He stole her wallet and left running. At the moment I felt nervous. My sister took my nieces, and called the police and an ambulance for the woman. I began to chase the burglar. After running 300 metres, he suddenly slipped on the ice of street. I grabbed him by the arms and knocked him to the ground. At the moment a police arrived and they caught him. Then they took the burglar to the police car.

The policeofficers thanked and invited me to an acknowledgement act. The woman walked towards me. She wanted to reward me with money but I didn´t accept it. Then all the people bengan to applaud.
